HSE VISION
It is the policy of the company to ensure that a healthy and safe working environment is created and maintained for all our employees, by implementing practical procedures and precautions that are to be observed by all employees. The personal involvement and commitment of all employees is essential to achieve the highest possible standards in safety, health, and environment.
HSE STRATEGY
The organisations HSE Policy has been developed to sustainably manage the organisations HSE Risks in line with the Company’s HSE Risk Profile. The HSE Risk profile is updated annually and HSE Objectives & Targets are reviewed based on the risk profile. The company is committed to ensure that drivers are well trained by reputable training organisations and that the high risks known to the transport industry are mitigated.
ACCOUNTABILITY
On an annual basis the organisation undergoes external audits which ensures that compliance is adhered to.
The organisation complies with the Road Traffic Management System (RTMS) and have been certified since 2016.
To ensure the highest standards for Health, Safety and Environment the company has implemented the NOSA System. The system undergoes an annual audit that considers not only the systems but also the frequency rate of injuries sustained by employees. The organisation is NOSA certified and are proudly holding a NOSCAR status.
In one of the most dangerous industries the company has managed to send all their employees home alive and healthy for the past 9 years.
The owners and management of the company are continuously looking for innovative ways to do things smarter and safer. With that, we annually have a Continuous Improvement Project where we find safer and faster ways to do things that are already being done. We have implemented five of the projects that are part of the day to day business and has significantly improved safety and operational performance.
